From NYSDEC Urban and Community Forestry Partnership Coordinator Christina McLaughlin and the Region 9 Conference Planning Committee comes the just-released conference agenda for the virtual NY ReLeaf gathering on Friday, July 23, 2021.

Speakers include DEC’s Carl Herzog on Conversation of Bats and Birds in the Urban Forest, Consulting Urban Forester John McNeil on Turning Plans to Policy, CCE Erie County’s Sharon Bachman and Buffalo City Forester Ross Hassinger on Community Tree Stewards, Sydney Collins of Rain Check Buffalo on Green Infrastructure projects in Buffalo, Professor Rebecca Hargrave on Structural Pruning of Young Trees; and Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus Director of Community Well-Being Elizabeth Machnica on Trees and Health.
