Thank you to Village of Perry Tree Board Chair Dan Zerbe for providing us photos and info about the trees planted on Elm Street in the Village on November 1st with the assistance of a Council Tree City USA Reward grant. Perry is located in Wyoming County.

On September 20, 2022, Cornell Cooperative Extension Agriculture & Natural Resources Educator Sharon Bachman led a Community Tree Stewardship workshop about community trees and tree ID. The Elm Street planting sites were flagged at a Tree Board work day on October 15, trees were planted November 1, and the Tree Board work day event for mulching and watering the new trees was held November 2.
