Would you like to make a difference in helping kids to grow up appreciating, valuing, and knowing something about trees?

NYSUFC is currently enrolling mentors for a pilot grant program called the TREE TEAM, which has been initiated to help winning New York State schools move toward recognition as an Arbor Day Foundation Tree Campus K-12. As part of the Tree Team, mentors will be matched with winning school districts in state-designated disadvantaged communities to help them select and plant a tree or trees for Arbor Day 2024. Mentors will also help educate teachers and students about the benefits of trees.
